Hi everyone, hope everyone is doing well at home! So we've all heard the latest announcements on what happens after 1st June! We hope that you have been using video to your advantage during Singapore's circuit breaker!
Our AffinityMotions' video production resumes in Phase 1 Safe Re-opening, so here's a quick update on what we can or cannot do to help you with your video production** after 1st June 2020.
1. Can we do post-production work?
Yes, during circuit breaker we have already been doing post-production work such as editing. This can continue after 1st June with footages you send to us.
2. Can we do outdoor shoots*?
Yes, outdoor shoots are possible, but with safe distancing and mask worn throughout the shoot.
3. Can we film* at other businesses' indoor premises?
Yes, if the business falls under the Phase 1 Permitted Services Category, or if the company has been approved for general exemption. Safe entry must be used when visiting.
4. Can we visit your house or other private households for filming?

5. Can the client do filming* on our company premises or studio?
Yes, with safe entry checking in used and mandatory safety rules followed on location.
*Note: For any shoot either indoor or outdoor, every film crew or people present needs to wear a mask, even the presenter on camera during video recording (except when doing a recording take).

Hi everyone! We hope that all of you are coping well staying home! We're past the halfway mark of #CB, and most of us are counting down towards the end, and can't wait to resume business as usual. However, are we being too optimistic to assume that everything can soon return back to normal?
What Does Research Says About Habit Creation?
According to a research (Lally et al., 2009) published in the European Journal of Social Psychology, it takes at least two months (or about 66 days, on average), to successfully build a new habit. Circuit breaker started on 7th April 2020, and the extension will end on 1st June 2020(sic.. hopefully), a count of 56 days to be exact. During this extended period, are new habits and norms being formed?

For the property sector, Property viewings during this circuit breaker have been reduced to virtual, online viewings and presentations, as realtors are unable to meet buyers and sellers physically due to safe distancing measures.
