Is Filming Property Allowed In Phase 1? This is a question we have been getting a lot recently! With respect to filming in residences, here is the latest update from Singapore's government. In Phase 1, each household is allowed 1 daily visit from a maximum of 2 visitors from the same household.
If property is unoccupied, Property Agents may enter property on their own to photograph or film the property in order to conduct online viewings thereafter. You should not enter occupied properties, even if it is temporarily vacated, to photograph or film the property. (Reference: CEA GUIDE 26 MAY 2020) Media Productions will need to defer filming in residences, as per the rules under Phase 1 for household visits. However, residences that are currently unoccupied or vacant is allowed, and all resumption of media content production should comply with the Mandatory Safety Rules.
